Without adding a timer to boot people who are inactive for X-amount of minutes, all you've done is effectively shut most of the eve population out of jita forcing them to move on to another smaller hub that doesn't have its own node.

I see things have gone from bad to worse. Dare I even try logging in today?
If the Jita lag has got so bad that 600-700 (nothing outta the ordinary there) people are causing these issues why bother with this cap at all? Seems to me, from what i've read here people are still getting in at those numbers. The point of this was...what exactly?

I've seen it happen many a time and I fail to understand how its not the person's fault just because it was their hardware that failed and not their body.

This basically illustrates the problems many of us have been seeing from CCP as of late. If I wanted to walk around in a sci-fi mmorpg I'd play one of the many sci-fi mmorpg's that have walking around as the main form of transportation.

edit for more stuffs : Don't give me the whole "different server, different dev team" crap. Eve was and is still an internet spaceship game. Since they're doing the whole ambulation thingy to get MORE subscribers I can only assume that
a) They are fazing out the spaceship side of the game or
b) They found a rather large deposit of crack somewhere in the office and are inhaling with wild abandon.
